Manufacturer’s Warranty for Baseball Adult Game Bats

Radial Bat Institute, Inc. (Radial Bat) has a one-year, limited manufacturer’s warranty for adult baseball game bats from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects resulting in bat failure, such as wedge separation. Replacement bats are guaranteed for the remaining warranty period as of the original purchase date.

Radial Bats are wood bats that may crack when hit near the hands or off the end, experience flaking, incidental flaking of the cup, and at times small dents from usage. These occurrences do not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is the only written or express warranty given by Radial Bat. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. ANY OTHER RIGHT WHICH YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: This warranty does not cover inconvenience, damages due to product failure, transportation damages, misuse, abuse, or accident or the like. In no event shall Radial Bat, be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions on how long an implied warranty lasts or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may or may not apply to you.

Warranty for Baseball Youth Game Bats, Baseball Training Bats and Softball Training Bats

Radial Bat Institute, Inc. (Radial Bat) will provide a one time bat replacement within one year of the purchase date. This guarantee covers breakage or significant damage that may result from normal usage. Normal usage for these bats is outlined below:

Baseball Youth Game Bats: games, batting practice, and basic hitting drills
Baseball Weighted Training Bats: games, batting practice, and basic hitting drills
Baseball Short Bats: batting practice and basic hitting drills
Baseball Youth Training Bats: batting practice and basic hitting drills
Softball Short Bats: batting practice and basic hitting drills
Baseball Stub Bats: basic hitting drills

Radial Bats are wood bats that may experience flaking, incidental flaking of the cup, and at times small dents from usage. This warranty does not cover such occurrences. Use of bats on pitching machines voids this warranty.

Warranty Claim Instructions

To process a warranty claim, the bat must be registered online at RadialBat.com/the-dugout. If you did not receive a bat code with your purchase (which is necessary to register your warranty), please email Customer Service with your serial number, name, and date of purchase. Radial Bat will designate you a bat code to enable you access to The Dugout.

Radial Bat performs a careful forensic study of each warranty claim to determine the cause of failure. Therefore, the Company requires warranty claim bats to be returned. A bat must be registered online prior to shipping for the warranty to be properly processed. Please ship the warranty claim bat with your name and shipping address to:
